The mean that I say "all" is like a overnight cramming or staying up all night. I said so when I was high school student, because my friends said so. "All" is used a noun or gerund. There is many words like this. KY, HINE and so on. I had ever heard new words are always made by young people all over the world. For example, "Exam" was made by university students in Britain.
